What You'll Be Doing Lead on all Health, Safety and Environmental matters across a busy food manufacturing site. Monitor, evaluate, and implement systems to ensure full legal compliance and continuous improvement. Investigate incidents and implement preventative actions. Develop and deliver training to promote safe working practices across the site. Drive environmental initiatives to reduce waste, energy, and water usage. Work closely with the management team to shape long-term strategies around safety culture, sustainability, and site improvements. What You'll Need Previous hands-on experience in a health & safety role within manufacturing (food or FMCG preferred). NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma desirable) or equivalent qualification. A proactive, engaging approach - comfortable working with everyone from shop floor to senior leadership. Strong knowledge of SHE management systems and environmental compliance. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to embed a culture of safety and responsibility. Why Apply?
