Ivor Searle is the UK's leading provider of re-manufactured engines, reman turbos, cylinder heads and gearboxes.All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.A vacancy has arisen within our busy market leading warranty team for a Powertrain Aftersales Advisor who comes from an automotive warranty / service environment.Key responsibilities will be to:Take control of and process warranty claims from start to finish;Provide outstanding customer service;Provide information and advice to customers and suppliers;Create warranty reports and supply replacement products. xjdpvnf The successful candidate will have:Good technical knowledge of engines, gearboxes and turbos - a vehicle mechanic background would be advantageous;Extremely high attention to detail;Previous automotive industry experience;A positive proactive attitude and display an ability to identify solutions to problems.Hours of work will be Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 08:00 to 17:30 with a 20 minute morning break and a 30 minute lunch break (45 hour working week)
