Process Engineer- Body Shop

Job Description The main responsibilities and requirements of the role will include: Designing, maintaining, and improving manufacturing processes and equipment Focus on welding, joining technologies, and automation systems. Carry out cycle-time studies, process optimisation, and quality improvements to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and production standards. Support new product introduction, resolve technical issues on robot cells and tooling Provide engineering solutions to maintain consistent production output.Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following: Be a time-served Electrical/Mechanical/Multi-Skilled engineer Have a HNC qualification in Electrical or Mechanical engineering Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and motivate others Effective work / time management skills Good communication skills at all levelsPlease note, Stellantis do NOT offer visa sponsorship.Stellantis is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
