Apply now and bring your expertise to a forward-thinking repair centre.Key Responsibilities:Produce accurate estimates using Audatex and/or GT MotiveEnsure all vehicle damage is correctly captured and documentedFollow recognised manufacturer methods including Thatcham and Ezi-MethodsProcess estimates based on site capacity and budgetSupport KPI monitoring to drive revenue and efficiencyLiaise with customers to set repair expectations and discuss any extra work requiredFlag safety concerns relating to the repairAssist the Customer Service team with technical queriesKeep estimates updated to reflect approvals and final values for invoicingCompany:HB Accident Repair Network Ltd are a leading Accident Repair Network with a focus on service, quality & innovation, through a skilled and professional team.Our vision is to be recognised as the leading accident repair network in terms of service, quality, innovation and respect for the environment.
