Job Title: EstimatorLocation: Elland, West YorkshireSalary: 30,000 40,000 + Bonus (up to 35% of salary, paid April & November)Contract Type: PermanentAbout the RoleWe are working with a client in Ellandan industry leader in bespoke acoustic solutions, to recruit a talented Estimator for a completely new role within their growing team.You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for custom-made acoustic products used in construction projects across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business, work closely with manufacturing, and make your mark in a newly created position.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and work from CAD drawings to provide accurate cost estimatesCalculate materials required (e.g. square metres in a pack) and associated costsPrepare detailed quotations for bespoke acoustic productsLiaise with manufacturing and project teams to ensure estimates are practical and achievableWork with architects, contractors, and internal teams to clarify requirementsSupport the sales team with technical and cost informationSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in an estimating role, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or a similar fieldAbility to read and interpret CAD drawingsStrong numerical skills and attention to detailGood communication skills and ability to work with multiple teamsProficient with Microsoft Office; experience with CAD software is an advantageBenefitsCompetitive salary (3040k DOE)Bonus scheme up to 35% of salary (paid twice yearly April & November)Permanent, full-time role with career progression opportunitiesWork for a company known for innovation and sustainabilityJBRP1_UKTJ
