We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!As a Sales Assistant based in Elgin, youll be responsible for:Providing expert advice to customers by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendationsHandling customer queries and provide solutions, including sourcing, quoting, and managing special ordersProactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch sales particularly focusing on customers with reduced or inactive spendingMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of product developments, market trends, and industry changesCoordinating with suppliers to source materials, check availability, and negotiate costsCompleting general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment which will involve manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, sinks, radiators, and toiletsLoading and unloading vehicles for deliveries and collectionsThis is a Full Time Permanent position working 40 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 08.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 08.00am - 4.00pm and Saturday 08.00am - 12.00pm on a rota basis. xjdpvnf And heres what wed like you to have:Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal teamsAbility to resolve customer queriesA proactive, target-driven mindsetWillingness to work as a part of a team and to take on a diverse roleKeenness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethicWe look forward to receiving your application!#ACHS150
