A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.About the roleWere looking for an Account Manager to join our UK Meats Team, where youll play a pivotal role in accelerating customer performance, driving commercial excellence and building longterm partnerships.Youll support two key customer accounts, working closely with senior team members to build trusted partnerships and help deliver sales, profit and brand objectives.Sitting at the heart of the business, youll lead customer relationships, turn strategy into action and make a measurable impact with the freedom to think big, move fast and deliver results.Key responsibilitiesManaging and developing strong stakeholder relationships across designated customer accountsDelivering against annual sales budgets and targetsNegotiating and implementing all pricing and commercial agreements in line with Kerry strategyDriving product availability, customer orders and best-in-class service levels (from order fulfilment through to cash collection)Working closely with Demand Planning to ensure customer forecasts are accurately reflected in business forecastsCreating and executing integrated account plans that support overall strategy and brand executionOwning customer performance through effective Joint Business Plans (JBPs), ensuring alignment across all stakeholdersBuilding deep expertise in your customers, their competitors and the wider market landscapePlanning, developing and delivering customer promotionsCreating, maintaining and actively managing customer business plans (JBPs)Negotiating and delivering targeted customer trade rates across all activities xjdpvnf Ensuring accurate forecasting through close collaboration with Demand Planning teamsQualifications and skillsProven experience in account management or commercial roles, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturingStrong negotiation and influencing skillsConfidence working cross-functionally with supply chain, demand planning and marketing teamsA data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insight into actionExcellent communication, planning and organisational skillsA proactive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for building long-term customer partnershipsExperience within the meat, foodservice or protein categories would be an advantage, but isnt essential.
