Their projects span heritage refurbishments, commercial developments, healthcare estates, and education facilities, giving you exposure to a diverse and exciting portfolio.Your new roleAs a Building Surveyor, youll play a key role in supporting senior surveyors and project managers on a variety of assignments. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and asset management reports.Supporting dilapidation assessments and party wall matters.Preparing technical documentation and contributing to contract administration under JCT and NEC frameworksWorking on refurbishment and improvement projects, ensuring compliance with sustainability and safety standardsLiaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver clear, professional adviceThis role offers hands-on experience across multiple sectors, giving you the chance to develop both technical and client-facing skills.
