This is a place where youll feel supported without being micromanaged, working alongside a friendly team who genuinely enjoy what they do and take pride in creating a welcoming, flexible working culture.Your new roleIn this interim Accounts SemiSenior position, youll play a key role in delivering highquality work across a mixed client portfolio. Youll be preparing yearend accounts, completing bookkeeping and journals, and managing VAT returns across a wide range of industry sectors. A significant proportion of your portfolio will sit within the property space, but youll also have the chance to work with SMEs and ownermanaged businesses in a variety of sectors.This is a handson role with no staff supervision, giving you the autonomy to focus on quality and independence. Youll work with cloud systems, including CCH, and youll liaise directly with clients to gather information and ensure deadlines are met. The position is remote throughout, offering real flexibility around how you structure your week.What you''ll need to succeedYoull bring at least three years experience in a similar role within a UK accountancy practice, along with strong accounts preparation and VAT knowledge. Youll be confident working independently and comfortable managing your own workload remotely. Experience with CCH will be valuable, and youll naturally take a proactive and organised approach to your work.You dont need to hold a formal qualification, QBE candidates, as well as active AAT or ACCA students, are all welcome.
