Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hairdressing, with skills in hair Extensions but full training can be given in this if not. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while creating stunning hairstyles that meet our clients'' needs. You will also play a key role in store management and mentoring junior staff, ensuring a positive and productive salon environment. Duties Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client specifications. Perform extension services with precision and skills Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and drive salon revenue. Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and customer inquiries. Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development. Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with relevant qualifications Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Effective communication skills to interact positively with team members and customers alike. Experience in store management is an advantage. Ability to upsell products and services confidently. A passion for the hair industry and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques.
