As a senior stylist, you''ll bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and innovation to our salon. You''ll need to have strong technical skills across all aspects of hairdressing, including: Precision cutting for a variety of styles and hair types. Advanced colouring techniques, such as balayage, highlights, root melts, and colour corrections. In- depth knowledge of current hair trends and the ability to deliver tailored consultations to help clients achieve their desired look. Confidence in working with all hair textures and providing personalised care recommendations.Responsibilities: Supporting and mentoring junior stylists and apprentices, sharing knowledge and expertise. Setting a professional example for the team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Assisting with day-to-day operations, including managing appointments and ensuring the salon runs smoothly.
