We’re looking for a truehunter— someone withbusiness-to-business (B2B) field sales experiencewho thrives in a demanding environment where success comes from pure drive, resilience, and proactive face-to-face selling. This isn’t a role for the faint-hearted: you’ll be knocking on doors, handling objections, and creating your own opportunities in a market where dental practices are often sceptical or unresponsive. But for the right person, the challenge is matched by exceptional rewards. THE ROLE This is a high-impact field sales position focused onnew business developmentin thedental and healthcare B2B space . You’ll be selling a premium dental implant solution with a strong global reputation — but this is a role where you mustearnthe sale. You will: Proactively cold call and door-knock into dental practices across the Central Belt (Glasgow, Edinburgh, and surrounding areas) Build rapport with clinicians and practice managers from a cold start Handle objections with confidence and close sales face-to-face Manage the full sales cycle from first knock to final order Build a strong, self-generated pipeline and open new territory opportunities This isnota role with pre-booked meetings or warm leads. It’s for someone who thrives in a challenging B2B field environment and wants to build something substantial. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Proven B2B field sales experience– ideally 2–5+ years in roles where you've had to generate your own leads face-to-face (e.g., selling to clinics, small businesses, or other professional settings) Aresilient, self-starting hunter– someone who genuinely enjoys cold calling and opening doors Strong objection-handling skillsand the confidence to influence decision-makers in clinical settings Based in the Central Belt of Scotland– Glasgow, Edinburgh or surrounding areas (this is essential) Dental or medical sales experience is a plus, but not essential if you have the drive and B2B grit This isnot suitable for consumer or residential sales backgrounds WHY THIS ROLE?
