Digital Designer - AI Scale-Up (Edinburgh Hybrid) 30,000 45,000 | Permanent | Full-Time Edinburgh (Hybrid: 23 days office / 23 days remote) Tech Pair is partnering with a high-growth AI scale-up to find a creative and adaptable Digital Designer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a juniormid level designer (23 years experience) who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments and wants to grow within a startup culture. The Role Youll be at the heart of a dynamic creative team, working across a broad mix of design projects from client-facing brand expression and motion graphics, to internal marketing assets and pitch decks. This role is perfect for a designer who loves variety, can balance creative energy with deadlines, and wants to push boundaries in design while contributing to one of the most exciting sectors of our time: AI. What Youll Do Design pitch decks, sales presentations, and marketing assets Extend and evolve client brands across new formats Create motion graphics & animations (short demos/snippets, not long-form video) Build PowerPoint & Figma templates in brand style Support internal marketing campaigns with visual content What They''re Looking For 23 years experience in design, ideally in a startup or small company Strong graphic design fundamentals Skilled in presentation design, content creation, and brand identity Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud & Figma Creative, adaptable, collaborative Interest in AI & emerging creative tools (bonus if youve explored Midjourney, Runway, or LLMs) Video content creation Why Join?
