Based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow with hybrid working on offer, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of varied, high-quality work and play a key role in delivering first-class client service.The RoleYoull be a crucial part of the Real Estate Finance team, supporting lawyers across a broad range of finance transactions. From title reviews and loan documentation to drafting legal documents and managing key parts of the transaction process, this is a fast-paced and rewarding role with real responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and report on key transaction documents including leases, dispositions, loan agreements, standard securities and other security documentationExamine and report on titles (Land Register and Sasine)Assist with the preparation and review of certificates of titleDraft and review board minutes, corporate authorisations, and discharges of standard securitiesOrder and review searches and attend to property registrationsCollate and manage conditions precedent, keeping clients informed throughout the transactionCarry out post-settlement administration and deal with general queriesMaintain files and ensure timely, accurate completion of work in line with service levelsWhat Were Looking ForA qualified Paralegal (real estate finance) or an experienced legal professional with a strong background in this areaExcellent written and verbal communication skills articulate, clear and client-focusedConfidence to manage your own workload and contribute effectively to a collaborative teamStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesA client-focused mindset with a willingness to go the extra mileIf you are interested in finding out more then please reach out to Becky Taylor - [email protected] Resourcing is committed to partnering with clients who share our values of inclusivity and diversity.
