Senior Human Resources Consultant

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Consultant for our public sector client based in Edinburgh city centre.About the job:The role will involve, but not be limited to:Providing support and guidance to a range of complex case management issues across service areasManage own case load which is to include supporting Hiring Managers with investigations, disciplinaries and grievancesSupporting with performance management cases and putting plans in place for theseAssist in the preparation of reports for internal and external audiencesEnsuring stakeholders are kept up to date on case progression and risksAny other tasks as required Experience / skills required:Excellent MS Office skillsStrong organisational skills Be a strong team playerGood attention to detail and be able to work flexibly. Additional information:Pay: £23.56 per hourHours: Monday - Friday, 36 hours per weekDuration: Temporary role, until end of March 2026Start Date: ASAP
