The JobAs General Manager, you will be fully responsible for reporting to a senior management team. The company currently operates with a very flat and compact reporting structure, allowing you to make critical business decisions without the need for extensive internal sign-offs. You will be expected to take a clear leadership and ambassador role, engaging with key stakeholders within your local marketplace. While the team is currently performing well, the appointment of a new General Manager will focus on staff recruitment, training, and development to increase market share against competitors.The PersonWe are looking for an experienced individual with comprehensive knowledge and experience in a medium to large full-service hotel operation, ideally at Deputy GM or full General Manager level. A key focus this year will be to re-establish the food and beverage offerings. As General Manager, you should be well-versed in all social media platforms and be capable of promoting and driving market presence and awareness as part of your ambassador role for the property.The RewardsThe current salary and package are circa £55,000, plus a first-class bonus structure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
