We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Solutions Designer to support the sales process within our global HVAC industry vertical market. The role will identify key consultants, understand market trends in cooling solutions for HVAC & Refrigeration applications, develop cooling solution concepts with key consultants, and actively influence the design. Additionally, the role will support the front-end sales team in customer meetings. This position will serve as a key partner between front-end sales and the application engineering team, building relationships with key consultants and supporting the development of customer-centric cooling concepts. What you will be responsible for: Identify key consultants and build relationships with them. Act as the first point of contact for all consultant requirements. Understand market trends in cooling solutions. Develop cooling solution concepts with consultants and influence design concepts. Support quote/no-quote decision processes in alignment with front-end sales. Review and qualify RFQs technically and clarify ambiguities before handover to solution engineering. Actively support front-end sales in customer meetings. Provide feedback to the product development team on market trends and needs for product adjustments or development. Strong problem-solving skills focused on process improvement and efficiency. Knowledge of HVAC-Refrigeration environments, cooling concepts, thermodynamics, and strategic relationship building. Education and Experience (required): Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, thermodynamics, heat management, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in thermodynamics and at least 3 years in the HVAC-Refrigeration market environment. Prior experience in a manufacturing or product-based industry is highly desirable. Experience working in an international environment.
