This role is central to managing governance and compliance across UK entities, supporting Board and Subcommittee meetings, and ensuring alignment with UK company law. Key Responsibilities: Lead company secretarial duties for UK entities, including Board meeting coordination and minute-taking.Maintain corporate records and liaise with UK authorities.Provide governance guidance and training to senior leadership.Act as the first point of contact for UK secretarial matters. What We're Looking For: Circa 5 years' experience in similar corporate secretarial services roles.Strong understanding of UK company law and governance.Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
