Leading independent B2B Events Agency for the Tech industry is looking to bring in 2 x Account Managers to work on one of their key clients Adobe. OverviewWe’re looking for a confident, proactive Senior Content Executive to support the delivery of high-quality content across a key global account, Adobe.This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll be working directly with Adobe stakeholders to shape briefs, manage delivery timelines, and ensure all content outputs meet expectations. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end ownership of content projects including presentations, videos, templates, and other creative assets and play a key role in aligning content, design, and project coordination to ensure seamless delivery.Most of our work with Adobe centres on their Digital Experience (DX) / Experience Cloud portfolio, which includes products like GenStudio for Performance Marketing, AEM Assets, and Marketo Engage. A working awareness or natural curiosity about these solutions (or similar ones) will help you get under the skin of their messaging and strategic priorities.Core ResponsibilitiesProject Ownership- Manage the full lifecycle of Adobe content projects, from client briefing through to delivery- Shape and challenge briefs to ensure clarity of objectives, messaging, and output expectations- Develop realistic timelines and align internal teams around resourcing and delivery milestones- Take responsibility for ensuring content aligns to brief, brand, and strategic intentClient Management- Act as a key day-to-day contact for Adobe stakeholders across multiple regional teams- Build trust through proactive communication, expectation setting, and efficient project handling- Confidently lead calls, gather input, and guide clients through the content creation process- Escalate risks, flag delays, and recommend solutions where neededQuality Control- Review and proofread content and design outputs to ensure brand consistency and message clarity- Ensure creative assets are polished, accurate, and meet Adobe’s visual and narrative standards Requirements- 3+ years’ experience in a content, delivery or creative production role- Proven ability to manage client relationships and own projects from start to finish- Strong understanding of content production workflows, ideally within a B2B environment- Excellent communication and organisational skills- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset- Interest in Adobe’s products and a willingness to develop subject knowledgeWhy Eyeful?- Competitive Salary – Above-market compensation and annual profit share scheme- Employee-Owned – Your voice matters in a business you help shape- Creative Work, Global Brands – Deliver for Adobe and other high-profile accounts- Development Focused – Mentorship, learning support, and clear growth path- Collaborative Culture – Tight-knit team with shared standards and values
