Yacht Charter ManagerLocation: Flexible (UK/EU)The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Yacht Charter Manager to oversee a growing fleet of Central Agency yachts across some of the world’s most desirable destinations. This role combines commercial drive with creativity and requires a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to maintain momentum and global growth.The successful candidate will bring a strong background in yacht charter management or a similar role, with a proven track record of success. An established network of industry contacts and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment will be highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the marketing of a central agency fleet of yachts available for charterMaintain accurate yacht specifications, calendars, financial records, and reportsOversee charter bookings and liaise with retail brokers to maximise revenueWork closely with marketing teams to increase fleet exposure globallyCreate and distribute engaging marketing materials for the broker networkRespond swiftly to all enquiries with accurate informationActively prospect and secure new yachts for the fleetBuild and sustain a strong portfolio of desirable expedition and luxury yachtsPrepare regular reports for yacht owners and captainsConsistently meet or exceed revenue targetsMaintain accurate CRM recordsExperience & SkillsMinimum 3 years’ experience in yacht charter management or a similar positionSolid knowledge of the MYBA charter contract and wider charter marketProven history of meeting targets and delivering operational successExcellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational ability with meticulous attention to detailCommercially minded with an analytical approachCreative outlook with strong sales skillsComfortable working under pressure and prioritising effectivelyPersonal AttributesExcellent relationship-building skills with captains, owners, and industry partnersConfident negotiator with a client-first mindsetStrong interest in sales and business developmentDynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented personalityAbility to work independently while being a collaborative team player
