The Fix have an exciting new client on the books!My client are at the heart of some big names .. they provide a diverse range of construction services to the retail, interior, event & exhibition sectors.Whether it is building a new double decker exhibition stand, installing a re brand or activation into a retail store, building new props and sculptures and installing the, onsite, you name it they can make it!The are a lovely bunch in Berkshire and consist of a team of CAD operators, designers, project managers, carpenters, welders, sprayers, prop makers, decorators and dedicated installation teams. They deliver projects for some of the leading global brands throughout the UK, Europe & Middle East.We are assisting them with a brand new position which is a Creative Director.They haven't had this position before but the agency is changing and it is a very exciting time for the agency.They are bringing this expertise inhouse to be able to offer the creative and the build to their long standing client. A very BIG name!You will have a background in retail, instore and 3D production. The client is a big name and so they have the creative deck and your role will be to translate it across the relevant stores.We are looking for a Creative Lead or a Creative Director who is use to leading and managing as well as still being seriously hands on!You will have understanding of store installs, de rigs and re-fits, budgets and lead creatively.£60-70KHybrid workingIf this sounds like you please send me your CV salary and I can teach you some more about the role and show you some of their top notch creations.
