From semiconductors to chemicals, we're helping complex industries operate with more speed, resilience, and clarity.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead and execute cross-functional marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, partnerships, and product launches. This is a high-velocity role ideal for someone with experience in fast-paced environments like event marketing — where tight timelines, shifting priorities, and complex coordination are the norm.What You’ll Do●    Drive the execution of key marketing projects across brand, content, product marketing, and growth●    Coordinate across internal teams (design, product, partnerships) and external partners (contractors, media, event teams)●    Build and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Notion, Slack, and Linear●    Ensure high-quality execution under tight deadlines — from creative briefs to final launch●    Track progress, surface risks, and report updates directly to the CEO and Head of Brand●    Establish repeatable systems that bring order, speed, and clarity to our marketing efforts What We’re Looking For●    3–5 years of experience in marketing project management, ideally with a background in event marketing or agency work●    Strong operational chops: highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure●    Ability to manage multiple moving parts, prioritize ruthlessly, and keep stakeholders aligned●    Familiar with modern tools like Notion, Slack, Figma, Google Drive, and project management software●    Comfortable in ambiguity and thrives in startup environments Nice to Have●    Experience in B2B SaaS or supply chain/logistics●    Exposure to brand campaigns, product launches, and PR coordination●    Passion for building systems and getting things done with minimal hand-holding
