The successful candidate will support a wide range of structured finance transactions, including private securitisations, back-leverage facilities, and fund financing arrangements.This is an ideal role for a lawyer looking to work in a fast-paced environment with direct exposure to high-profile deals and close collaboration with business stakeholders.The RoleThis role involves providing high-quality legal support to the Structured Finance and broader Capital Markets teams. Key responsibilities include:Leading on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing documentation for securitisation and fund finance transactions.Advising on legal and regulatory developments — with a particular focus on UK/EU Securitisation Regulation.Managing relationships with external counsel, balancing legal risk with commercial outcomes.Collaborating closely with origination teams, credit, compliance, and internal legal colleagues across global offices.Engaging in the full deal lifecycle — from initial structuring to execution and post-transaction support.About YouThe ideal candidate will have:4+ years of post-qualification experience in structured finance, with strong exposure to securitisation and asset-backed lending.Trained and qualified at a recognised city law firm Proficiency in LMA-style documentation and a solid understanding of securitisation regulations.Fund finance experience (e.g. subscription lines, NAV facilities) is a plus.What’s on Offer?Competitive compensation packageHybrid working modelExposure to high-value cross-border transactionsOpportunity to work in a collaborative, high-calibre legal team with global reachFor more information, please contact Luke Masih on
