We are currently seeking an accomplished and strong-minded Executive Chef to lead and manage a high-volume production kitchen South of Central London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a culinary leader with proven experience in overseeing large-scale food production that could be for premium hospitality, high-end events, or VIP functions.As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a large, diverse kitchen brigade, driving operational excellence, and upholding the highest culinary standards. You will ensure the seamless delivery of bespoke, high-volume menus, while maintaining efficiency and consistency across all aspects of production.This role demands a hands-on approach and the confidence to represent the culinary offering directly to clients.
