Learning Partner/Advisor- FTC or Day Rate9 Month roleBased in Reading- Hybrid working£36,000- £42,000 or equivalent day rateStart immediately (or as soon as possible)Are you passionate about learning and helping others grow, and being part of a small team who will change the way learningSignet are partnering with a high performing, and people centric business in Reading, who are looking for a Learning Partner/ Advisor on an Interim or FTC basis, for a 9 month period. Your role will be to support in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences and initiatives that drive performance, support professional development, and foster a culture of continuous learning.What You’ll Do:Run engaging, results-focused learning sessionsSupport the L&D Manager and support the L&D coordinatorTailor delivery to all learning styles and needs, for a range of employeesEvaluate learning outcomes and recommend improvementsStay up to date with L&D trends and toolsAct as a learning advisor to employees and managersSupport with the process of finding a great new LMS systemCollaborate with external providersSupport performance management processesWork closely with the People & Culture (HR business partners, Recruitment Manager, HR systems Manager) and others, with a unified approach to the L&D agendaWhat You’ll BringProven experience in learning design and deliveryStrong understanding of learning principles and instructional designExcellent communication and facilitation skillsAbility to build relationships and influence stakeholdersData-driven mindset and strong organisational skillsProficiency in LMS platforms- ideally if you have implemented one/been part of the process, that would be a real assetThis is an organisation with a Hybrid way of working, and they would ideally like someone in 2-3 days in their Reading based office.
