Join our team and help build a cleaner, smarter future with us!Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.We can Offer You:Company Van: fuel card, and excellent benefitsWork-Life Balance : 23 days annual leave + bank holidays, plus flexibility with overtimeHealth & Wellbeing : 24/7 GP access, mental health support, fitness programs, and moreTraining & Growth : Ongoing professional development to keep you at the top of your gameYour Role:Oversee and manage the delivery of onsite works, including installation and servicing of hot water cylinders, thermal storage systems, and heat pumpsUndertake general central heating system installations and repairs across both domestic and commercial propertiesProvide on-site supervision, offering technical and practical support to team membersCarry out fault diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs to heating systems, ensuring effective and efficient operationInstall, upgrade, and maintain heating, plumbing, sanitation, and HVAC systems on both planned and reactive basesEnsure all works are completed to the required standards, including PAS 2030, MCS installation standards, and Gas Safe regulationsParticipate in out-of-hours work as required, including overtime and call-out dutiesAccurately document all work activities using a PDA or similar deviceReport any accidents, near misses, or potential hazards in accordance with company proceduresPerform additional maintenance tasks as required, within your skillset and trainingDemonstrate flexibility and professionalism when working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their individual needs and schedulesWhat We Need from You.Proven experience within local authority or social housing sectorsFull, clean UK driving licenceStrong knowledge of domestic appliances and installationsExperience working to PAS 2030 standards, including preparing compliant installation evidenceExcellent technical skills and problem-solving abilityExtensive experience in commercial fault finding and rectificationSolid understanding of domestic and commercial heating systems, including BMS and controlsInstallation experience with Unvented Hot Water SystemsProficient in various pipework installation methods, including press-fit systemsStrong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and best practiceExcellent knowledge of current legislation and industry regulationsQualifications (Essential):Recognised craft qualification such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Domestic Plumbing City & Guilds equivalentLevel 3 Award in the Installation and Maintenance of Heat Pump Systems (C&G, BPEC or LCL Awards)G3 Unvented Hot Water Cylinder CertificationWater Regulations CertificateDesirable Experience and Qualifications:Experience working with HIUs (Heat Interface Units)Knowledge of solar systems (Level 3 RFQ qualifications)F-Gas qualificationElectrical qualifications (e.g., 17th / 18th Edition)Experience in control system rewiringWhy Liberty?We're a diverse, supportive team with a focus on personal development, wellbeing, and making a real difference in the communities we serve.
