As their operations expand, they are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to support ongoing growth. Emphasising high standards and customer satisfaction, the company creates an environment where technicians can thrive.Benefits:Competitive basic salary from 36,000 to 45,000, depending on experienceAccess to Bosch training programmes for MOT and technician accreditationMonday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5pm, with 30-minute breaksNo weekend work, bonuses, or overtime requirementsOpportunity to work on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models, including light commercial vehiclesSupportive team environment with diverse experience levelsPotential progression into MOT testing and certificationDuties:Perform routine vehicle servicing and maintenance tasksDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faultsConduct detailed vehicle inspections and fault-finding proceduresAssist with repairs on light commercial vehicles such as transits and tippersSupport other team members with general garage dutiesMaintain efficiency within a busy workshop environmentRequirements:NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification, or equivalent, preferredTime-served technicians with relevant experience strongly encouraged to applyEnthusiastic and proactive approach to workAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility and adaptability to different vehicle servicing requirementsWillingness to undergo Bosch training and certification, including MOT qualification if applicablePrior experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models is desirableThis role also offers individuals with Level 2 qualifications and some experience the opportunity to join qualification programmes, leading towards MOT certification.
