Were looking for a dedicated MPV Driver to join our Rail team and play a vital role in delivering high-profile projects across the network.About the RoleAs an MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) Driver, youll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of essential equipment to the Network Rail infrastructure. This is a key position within our Multi-Purpose Vehicle & Module Operation unit, offering the opportunity to work on critical shifts and contribute to the success of major contracts.What you'll be doingKey ResponsibilitiesSafely operate and control a Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV)Transport and deliver equipment to support operational delivery on the rail networkPerform minor maintenance and repairs on the MPVCollaborate with a small, dedicated team on high-profile projectsWork flexibly to accommodate a roster that includes nights, weekends, bank holidays, and short-notice changesWho we're looking forWhat Were Looking ForQualified train driver with a strong safety recordSolid understanding of railway health and safety standards, especially in train operationsHolder of a valid Sentinel CardUp-to-date route knowledge and familiarity with the rail infrastructureUnderstanding of core asset modulesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalCustomer-focused with a professional attitudeFull UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty pointsWhy work for usOur people are our biggest asset, and we focus on recruiting, training and developing the people who can apply innovation to deliver the infrastructure of the future.
