Job Title: Digital Radio Engineer (DMR ) Location: Oldham / Northern Region Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Recruiter: Meridian Business Support Overview Meridian Business Support is recruiting for an experienced and motivated DMR Radio Engineer to join a growing technical team working across the Northern region (Supporting their Head Office in Hampshire). This role supports a diverse customer base, providing delivery, installation, maintenance, and technical support for communication, security, and technology systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, varied environments, and involvement in high-profile events and projects. What Youll Do Install, commission & maintain equipment Provide remote & onsite technical support Complete surveys, reports & documentation Support events (some weekend work) Join a 24/7 call-out rota What Youll Need Strong technical mindset & customer focus Valid UK driving licence Basic IT networking knowledge (desirable) Ability to work to tight deadlines Essential: Strong working knowledge of Motorola Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) Desirable: Experience with Hytera, Icom, Kirisun and/or Caltta radio systems.
