Brook Street is working with a client that is seeking a Contact Center Team Leader on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This is a fully-office-based role Mon-Fri 8-5 involving leading a team. Main duties: To lead team taking inbound calls to arrange bookings. To make occasional outbound calls as required. To support team development on calls & training. To upsell where possible. To assist with exceptional customer service.
