Site Maintenance / Camp Warden I'm looking for a proactive and reliable Site Maintenance / Camp Warden to support the day-to-day running of staff accommodation. Based in a beautiful Chichester location, this role is perfect for someone who is hands-on and enjoys a diverse range of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities: Regular inspection of site and facilities inc buildings and mobile caravans Carry out minor repairs and maintenance issues Ensure compliance with health 'safety policies Support staff wellbeing and respond to any concerns Help organise occasional social and welfare activities Provide assistance during medical incidents (e.g. transport to clinic) Requirements: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Friendly, professional, and organised Basic maintenance knowledge Flexible and able to work independently Clean UK driving licence (Category B) Good level of spoken and written English Why Join Us?
