Job DescriptionOverviewBirchwood Group is a forward-looking company with retail stores, workshops and facilities based across the south coast of Sussex and Hampshire.Reporting to the General Sales Manager, we are looking for an experienced highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service, to join our team at our brand-new Kia Commercial Dealership in Eastbourne.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new venture, where you'll work closely with our General Sales Manager and gain invaluable hands-on experience at our well-established Ford Commercial Centre as part of your onboarding journey.In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you'll need resilience, dedication, and a true passion for delivering outstanding customer service. From initial enquiry to final handover, youll guide customers through every step of their vehicle purchase, ensuring they receive the highest standard of service and support.Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:Identify and encourage potential customersProvide great customer serviceBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsMeet customer needs/expectationsProduce suitable options to the customer and adapt to their buying strategyNegotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targetsLiaise with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless serviceOther duties as requiredKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required:Sales experienceFriendly and approachableStrong communication skillsNegotiation skillsFlexible with a positive outlook and a team playerFull driving licencePackage:Salary: 18,000 basic (OTE 45,000)Hours: 41.5hrs per week - Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 18:00, Saturday 08.30 to 17.00, day off during the week in lieu of working Saturday'sCar: Company vehicle providedHoliday: 22 days per year + bank holidaysBenefits: Health cash plan and perks, Employee Assistance Programme, company pension, subsidised vehicle purchase and aftersales scheme (upon completion of probation)We are an Equal Opportunities EmployerDue to the high volume of applications we receive, unfortunately, we are unable to contact each applicant individually regarding the status of their application.
