Our SuperTeam comprises highly experienced support workers and team leaders who are able to cover multiple homes within our Eastbourne satellite. To that end, were looking to speak to individuals who have extensive experience supporting children with extremely challenging needs including but not limited to: - Aggressive behaviours such as headbutting and lashing out - Personal care issues (such as smearing/incontinence) - Not knowing their own strength/size - Unable to verbally communicate needs - High energy and physically strong young people If you thrive in an environment where no day is the same and are hugely passionate about supporting children with additional needs wed love to speak with you further.
