Job Description Framework Lead / Manager - Major Water Sector Framework - AMP8Location: East Sussex (hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)Salary: 90,000-100,000 + 7,350 car allowance + bonus + benefitsPlease note: we are unable to offer Certificates of Sponsorship for this role.The role:We're appointing an experienced Framework Lead / Framework Manager to work on a large, regulated water-sector framework, supporting delivery of AMP8 projects across the south of England.This is a senior leadership position with strategic and operational responsibility for the framework, overseeing non-infrastructure water and wastewater projects. Based from the HQ in East Sussex office three days per week, with hybrid working, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary team of approximately 12 people, ensuring strong performance, commercial control and effective client engagement throughout AMP8.Framework Manager responsibilities:Providing strategic leadership across the framework and AMP8 project portfolioActing as a senior client interface, maintaining trusted and effective working relationshipsLeading, developing and motivating a team of c.12 across planning, performance and delivery support functionsOverseeing financial performance, including cost control, forecasting and reportingEnsuring programmes are robust, contractually compliant and deliverableDriving high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality complianceIdentifying and implementing improvements to framework processes and ways of workingEnsuring timely, accurate and auditable reporting to client and internal stakeholdersWhat we're looking for in a Framework Lead:Essential: proven experience within the water sector, ideally on large regulated frameworks and AMP programmesSenior-level experience managing complex frameworks, programmes or portfoliosStrong commercial and contractual capability, with excellent NEC3/NEC4 knowledgeA thorough understanding of UK health and safety legislation, including HSWA and CDM RegulationsDegree qualified (or equivalent), with chartered status or a relevant professional qualificationA confident, credible leader able to operate effectively at senior stakeholder levelWhat's on offer?As Framework Manager you'll receive a strong overall package, including:90,000-100,000 per annum salary (DOE)7,350 car allowanceAnnual bonusPension matched up to 7.5%26 days' annual leave plus bank holidaysHoliday buy-back schemeA flexible benefits package you can tailor to suit your needsInterested?
