Job DescriptionOur client, a leading regional firm based in Eastbourne, are seeking an experience commercial contracts paralegal to join their high-performing legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the business on a wide range of commercial matters and gaining exposure to complex contract negotiations. The role:Assisting with the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, supplier agreements, service contracts, and licensing agreements.Supporting the legal team in managing contract lifecycles, from initial instruction through to execution and renewal.Conducting legal research on commercial law, data protection, and regulatory compliance issues relevant to contractual arrangements.Assisting in risk assessments related to commercial agreements and advising internal stakeholders on contract terms.Liaising with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales, compliance) and external counsel as necessary on contractual matters.The ideal candidate:Very strong academics 1+ years experience as a commercial contracts paralegal Excellent communication skillsExcellent attention to detail If this role is of interest to you and you have the relevant experience, send your cv to [email protected] to learn more
