Legal Secretary A highly respected coastal regional law firm are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join a hub of Legal Secretaries who offer support on a team basis. Working as a Hub Legal Secretary within this firm, you will work on a range of work including (but not limited to): Residential Property Commercial Property Private Client Family Litigation Employment Corporate and Commercial You will carry out duties such as: Productionand amending of high quality legal documents Dictation General administration Covering a busy reception desk where necessary (with switch board) - full training will be provided The successful Legal Secretary will offer the following skill set/background: Ideally some experience as Legal Secretary, but candidates with good secretarial/administrative skills will also be considered Fast and accurate typing skills A high attention to detail Be highly organised and able to prioritise your own workload Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills - both written and verbal Solid IT skills The ability to work well under pressure/to dead lines There will be excellent career opportunities, whilst working for a friendly and professional law firm who pride themselves on their staff culture.
