Mobile Service Technician

Currently recruiting Mobile Service Technicians for a leading Automotive company. This is a Mobile Permanent/full time position.Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am 5.30pmSalary is dependent on experience/ qualifications.This role attracts a service van and fuel card for business use.Redhill and/or Brighton Level 2 qualified = 31,620.00 + bonus = 35k OTE. Level 3 qualified = 34,083.50 + bonus = 39k OTE.Job Summary:Perform assigned work swiftly, safely and to a high standard.Oversee the duties of apprentices as requiredGeneral Responsibilities:To comply with Company rules and regulationsTo perform duties in a cost-effective mannerTo contribute to and maintain good customer and employee relationsTo present a well-groomed and professional imageMaintain an active interest in Company developmentsTo live and promote the company values of respect, collaboration, courage, ambition and passionKey Relationships:Head of Customer ExperienceFleet ManagerService, Parts and all other department managersCustomersWAV Services/Customer Services TeamWorkshop ControllerKey responsibilities:To perform all work assigned quickly, economically and to the Company and Manufacturers standardsTo advise the Workshop Controller if additional work is required on the vehicle and seek assistance from them in the rectification of any faultsTo maintain a high level of competence for work to be undertaken by undergoing onsite training, attending courses at suppliers and manufacturers and reading technical bulletins as requiredTo discuss with customers, problems with their vehicles as requestedTo ensure that the Company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained when dealing with customersTo operate all equipment, protective clothing and work areas in a clean and safe conditionTo assist management in the introduction of new methods of work designed to improve efficiencyo carry out any other duties that are consistent with the job description as requiredTo maintain good housekeeping and health and safety practice in the workplaceTo operate all Company owned tooling in a responsible mannerComplete vehicle conditions report sheets and job cards. Tick sheets to a high standard, at all timesTo drive vehicles in a safe, lawful manner, taking into account the weather and traffic conditions, reporting all faults with the vehicles you driveAny other duties as requested by your manager in line with this job descriptionJBRP1_UKTJ
