Events Sales Manager Hybrid – Sussex Up to £60k DOE + Uncapped CommissionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and confident Sales Manager to join a growing international events business. Working closely with the Event Sales Director, you will support the delivery of a portfolio of established conferences while also helping to launch new international events.This role is designed to expand sales capacity within the events team and support growth across emerging international markets.The RoleYou will be responsible for selling exhibition stand space and high-value sponsorship packages across a portfolio of international conferences. Using a consultative, solution led sales approach, you will work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes for both clients and the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSell high value exhibition stand space and sponsorship packages across international conferences.Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities with global solution providers.Manage and grow existing client relationships through consultative, insight-led selling.Work collaboratively with internal teams to create tailored sponsorship solutions aligned to client objectives.Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, audience needs and competitor activity.Support the successful launch of new international events and expansion into emerging markets.Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through a value driven sales approach.About YouWe're looking for a proactive, commercially minded sales professional who thrives in an international B2B environment and enjoys building long-term client partnerships. You will bring:4+ years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within events, media or sponsorship sales.Proven experience selling high value sponsorship or exhibitions.A strong track record of new business development and target achievement.Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.A consultative, solution focused approach to selling.Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision makers.A proactive mentality with energy, ambition and a willingness to travel internationally.Apply now or get in touch for more information!
