You'll be joining a forward thinking, supportive business with a strong reputation and a well respected product range.The Role:Manage and grow sales across a designated territory, targeting a mix of trade customers and retail stores, including independent outlets and major chain accounts.Develop strong relationships with buyers, store managers, and key decision-makers to secure new business and increase product listings.Identify new sales opportunities, opening accounts with both independent retailers and larger chains to expand market presence.Execute sales plans, promotional campaigns, and product launches in coordination with marketing and commercial teams.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.Manage sales reporting, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM systems.What We're Looking For:Experience in a similar Area Sales Manager role, within a consumer goods environment - ideally DIY or FMCGStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport across all levelsCommercial awareness and a proactive mindset to spot opportunitiesOrganised, reliable, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider teamEagerness to grow and progress within a business that values talent and initiativeIf you're an ambitious Area Sales Manager looking for a role with impact and opportunity - this could be the right next step.BBBH33599
