Your responsibilities will cover various key areas, including:Talent Acquisition: Support in attracting and selecting top talent.Learning & Development: Facilitate employee growth through engaging learning initiatives.Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.Employee Relations: Navigate complex employee relations situations with sensitivity and expertise.Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that cultivate a thriving workplace culture.What You'll Do:Partner with managers and leaders to provide expert guidance on employee relations, fostering a culture of trust and accountability.Act as a proactive advisor, influencing global stakeholders and delivering impactful people solutions.Manage projects with confidence, balancing competing priorities while maintaining focus on outcomes.Leverage your knowledge of employment law to navigate complex situations effectively.Analyse data to generate insightful reports that support data-driven decision-making.Who Were Looking For:Are you a naturally inquisitive person who thrives on change?
