Job Description Freshminds has partnered with a specialist management consultancy in the F&B and hospitality sector to find a Consultant.This is a client-facing role within a close-knit, collaborative team. As the business continues to scale, they are seeking someone with strong consulting skill set and a data-driven approach who can bring structured thinking, analytical rigour and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.What youll be doing:Delivering structured analysis and insight across strategy and performance improvement engagementsManaging workstreams, developing client-ready deliverables and supporting senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleApplying data-driven approaches to diagnose challenges and develop clear, actionable recommendationsContributing to business growth through collaboration, thought partnership and high-quality client deliveryRequirements:2-5 years experience in consultingStrong analytical capability with confidence working with data, and a solid understanding of the UK tendering and procurement landscapeExcellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clientsInterest in the F&B and hospitality sectorsLocation: Hybrid, with regular presence (23 days per week) required in South-East Sussex during the initial months
