This is a key role within a fastgrowing organisation that is experiencing significant success and longterm demand across its portfolio.In this position, you will take ownership of the engineering development and delivery for a complex, multidisciplinary programme deployed across a broad range of aircraft platforms. You will guide engineering activities across hardware, software, firmware and systems disciplines, ensuring technical excellence and ontime delivery for critical defence customers.Key Skills:Proven experience as an Engineering Delivery Manager, Project Lead Engineer or similar role, leading multidiscipline engineering teams spanning Systems, Hardware and Software. Strong track record of delivering technically complex engineering projects. Background in defence, aerospace or other complex engineering environments. Professional registration (Chartered Engineer) is desirable, but not essential. The organisation actively supports engineers working towards chartership. Experience or aptitude for line management.
