YouAre you a seasoned In-House talent acquisition professional looking for a change of pace and interesting companies to support?OpportunityWe're looking to take-on a fractional TA, based in East / West Sussex. Our clients are well-established SME's, each of which needs 1 to 2 days of TA support per week.ClientsThese companies may well not have had an internal TA function before so if you enjoy building relationships, and putting together recruitment processes, this could well be the opportunity for you.You'll frequently be interacting with business owners and the senior team.RolesRole types will be eclectic! Clients are from different sectors and you will be responsible for hiring across their businesses.LocationYou'll get to spend time onsite, but much of your work can be done from home - you decide how best to manage your time.HoursYou can choose how many hours per week you'd like to work and we'll look to fill your diary. For that reason, please be aware that you might not be busy from day one, as we build-up your client base.Qualifications Experience in a senior talent acquisition role Strong communication and interviewing skills Excellent organisational and time management skillsDerive Employer Brand and ensure it is maintained in the hiring marketAbility to create recruitment processes and implement them across SME companiesProficiency with recruitment software and tools Strong reporting skills and abilityKeep up-to-date with AI so you can best support your clientsAbility to head-hunt for passive candidates / use advertising channels as necessary to find the best talent
