ResponsibilitiesWide variety of commercial support including technology and procurement. Working on partnership and collaboration agreements. Some support on corporate governance matters with the General Counsel and the Company Secretary.Support on intragroup agreements regarding IP, Privacy and other key areas. QualificationsQualified Solicitor with top academics.NQ-4 Years of PQE (guide only).Extensive Commercial/Corporate experience.In-house experience via current position or secondment would be useful.
