Sales Engineer Tenders (Internal Sales / Power Generation) Location: East Riding of Yorkshire Sector: Industrial Generating Sets | Power Solutions | Engineering Type: Full-Time | Permanent Are you a technically minded Sales Engineer with a passion for power generation and precision in proposals? Kevin Edward Executive Search has partnered with a leading manufacturer of industrial generating sets , ranging from 5 kVA to 3000 kVA is seeking a Sales Engineer (Tenders) to join their growing team. The Role This is an internal sales position focused on tenders, quotations, and technical support . Youll play a vital role in helping customers and the external sales team find the right power solution for every project. Key responsibilities include: Preparing detailed technical and commercial quotations for generating sets and related equipment Reviewing tender documents and customer specifications Liaising with engineering, production, and procurement teams to develop cost-effective solutions Providing technical support to the external sales team and clients Ensuring all proposals meet company standards for accuracy, compliance, and presentation About You Background in electrical or mechanical engineering , or equivalent industry experience Proven experience within power generation , gensets , switchgear , or industrial equipment Strong technical understanding combined with commercial awareness Excellent communication and organisation skills Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Why Join?
