MacGregor Black are looking to appoint a qualified Electrician to join a busy Food Manufacturing site in Yorkshire. Youll play a key role in keeping the site running efficiently by maintaining and improving electrical systems across high peed production equipment. Key Responsibilities: Planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and inspections. Fast, effective fault-finding and repairs on production machinery (conveyors, ovens, slicers, packaging lines). Supporting installations, upgrades, and automation projects. Ensuring compliance with 18th Edition wiring regulations, health 'safety, and food safety standards. Collaborating with engineers and production teams to reduce downtime. What We''re Looking For: Time-served apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering. 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations qualification. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/FMCG environment (food desirable). Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. PLC knowledge (Siemens/Allen Bradley) would be a plus.
