Senior Process Engineer

Job Description Senior Process Engineer An innovative clean-energy technology company is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support the scale-up and commissioning of advanced process systems.The Role: You will lead process commissioning activities from build through FAT/SAT and start-up, working closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and external suppliers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the commissioning and start-up of electrolyser systems, ensuring they meet design, safety, and performance requirements.The ideal candidate is expected to eventually lead the commissioning function within the business.Key Requirements:Degree in Chemical Engineering (or similar)5+ years process engineering / commissioning experienceStrong knowledge of PFDs, P&IDs, process design, and equipment sizingExperience in hazardous or regulated environmentsWorking knowledge of process safety (HAZOP, LOPA, ATEX/IECEx)Willingness to travel for commissioning activitiesExperience working on a COMAH siteApplicants must have the right to work in the UK.
