Job DescriptionCommercial Finance Business Partner Food ManufacturingYork/East Riding | 55,000 to 60,000Partnering with commercial. Driving margin. Adding value. Simple as that.This is a high-impact role with a food ingredients business. Were talking commercial finance in its purest formpartnering with sales, shaping strategy, and influencing decisions that directly affect the bottom line.Youll be supporting the commercial team, acting as the financial conscience of the function. That means analysing performance, recommending pricing strategies, and helping protect margin in the face of raw material volatility. What youll be doing:Analysing customer, product and contract profitabilitySupporting pricing strategy and commercial decision-makingPartnering with sales to drive performance and identify growth opportunitiesHelping with budgeting, forecasting, and group reportingPresenting financial insight to non-finance teams in a way that makes senseTracking commercial incentive schemes and contributing to business improvementWhat youll need:Ideally Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Commercially sharp, ideally with FMCG or manufacturing experienceStrong Excel skills and a love for turning data into directionComfortable challenging assumptions and influencing decisionsYoull report to the Head of Commercial Finance and work closely with both site teams and the central finance function.
