If so, this role could be a great fit.The Company:One of the UKs leading modular construction companies is looking to bring in a Project Design Manager. Youll join an established business delivering multi-storey school buildings, healthcare facilities, and infrastructure schemes across the UK. Due to internal progression, they are hiring for a key role to support future growth.Think of this as a Project Manager role but purely focused on design process and aspect.The Role:As Project Design Manager, youll oversee the full design process from tender to project completion. Youll work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure all design deliverables meet technical, quality, and programme requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate design work across live modular building projectsLiaise with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth project deliveryPrepare and manage execution plansMonitor and review the drawing processEnsure quality, compliance and coordination of all design documentationAttend design meetings and support resolution of technical queriesAbout You:Background in architecture or engineering or construction (degree qualified preferred but not essentialMinimum 3 years' experience in modular or offsite constructionExperience in Modular Building Design using AutoCAD and/or RevitConfident managing the design process and coordinating stakeholdersGood understanding of design standards and building regulationsWhats in it for you:Competitive salary of 45,000 55,000Bonus25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (option to buy 5 more)2 days a week working from homeCareer development opportunities within a growing design department
