Were working with a market-leading logistics construction company with a 1bn turnover and a 600-strong workforce, in their search for a Legal Counsel to join their legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the organisations experienced sole lawyer, gaining exposure to a broad range of B2B commercial contracts and helping to support the continued growth and innovation of the business. The Role: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners. Working closely with stakeholders across all areas of the business including sales, operations, procurement, and finance. Advising on contractual risk and supporting commercial decision-making. Helping to embed a strong legal and compliance culture across the business About You: A qualified UK lawyer with at least 2 years PQE , ideally with solid experience in commercial contracts and some knowledge of construction (though not essential). In-house experience is welcome but not essential more important is your ability to work autonomously, build relationships, and communicate effectively at all levels.
